Server update and better support

With the server update we created a new email server for support, and we are willing to update the support page with more information that might be able to help you. or even better we might release a forum where all users can discuss related topics or help out each other with problems they are experiencing to improve quality in our service too. More information will come soon, you can find our new support email in the support page. also the feedback forums has been updated too, sorry about it not being updated for a long time. we were really busy :/, also if you have a source forge account, please do not hesitate to leave one of our softwares a review.
